Contest Rules

HITS 105.5 FM Contest Rules

1. Participants are eligible to win only one prize, regardless of its value, within a thirty-day period.

2. All prizes must be collected within 30 days of the winning date; otherwise, they will be forfeited unless otherwise specified.

3. Prizes can be claimed Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., at HITS 105.5, located at 2929 West Russell Road, Sidney, OH, excluding major holidays.

4. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and substitutions are not permitted.

5. Awarded tickets are not for resale.

6. Prizes will be provided "as is," without any written or express warranties.

7. Employees of WMVR (HITS 105.5) and their immediate family members are ineligible to participate or win. Immediate family is defined as spouses, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, and any other individuals residing in the same household.

8. Any violation of these rules will result in disqualification.

9. All decisions made by WMVR Radio are final.
