Contest Rules

HITS 105.5 FM Contest Rules

• You are only eligible to win one prize, big or small, every thirty days.

• All prizes must be picked up within 30 days, unless otherwise stated, of the date won or prize will be forfeited.

• Prizes can be picked up Monday-Friday between 8a.m.-5p.m. HITS 105.5, 2929 West Russell Road in Sidney, OH (except on major holidays).

• Prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable and cannot be substituted. 

• Tickets awarded are not for resale.

• Prizes will be awarded as is, with no written or express warranty.

• Employees of WMVR (HITS 105.5) and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win.  Immediate family shall include spouse, parents,  children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren and any other person residing within the same household.

• Any violation of these rules will result in disqualification.

• All decisions of WMVR Radio are final.
