Protection Against Retaliation
Retaliation against employees engaging in protected activities, such as reporting discrimination or harassment, participating in the EEO process, whistleblowing, or exercising appeal or grievance rights, is strictly prohibited. The EEOC will also protect participants in the RESOLVE Program from retaliation.
Actions Against Discrimination and Harassment
The EEOC will take prompt action if any employee, agent, or non-employee is found to have engaged in discrimination, retaliation, or harassment, including sexual harassment.
