If your dog is voted one of the Top 12 dogs you will be contacted by Hits 105.5 via your supplied email no later than Wednesday September 14th @ Midnight (EST). You will then have 48 hours (9/15 & 9/16) from the time you have been contacted by Hits 105.5 to contact Brad @ Picture Perfect @ 937.498.7000 to book your studio time to have your Top Dogs picture taken in their studio located @ 1950 Saint Marys Avenue in Sidney, Ohio. They will ONLY be booking appointments Monday September 19th through Thursday September 22nd. If studio time is not set up within the 48 hours, your dog will not be eligible to be in the calendar and we will move on to the next dog in line. If you fail to show up or a picture of your pet is not taken by Picture Perfect on the day of your scheduled studio time we reserve the right to make your dog ineligible to be in the calendar, and we will move on to the next dog in line. These rules are set up to be sure that deadlines are met so that the printing of the calendars are completed on time. All Top Dog owners will receive a FREE calendar @ our Top Dogs Calendar Premier Party @ Jack's Aquarium & Pets in Sidney (date yet to be determined). The Top Dog with the most votes will be featured on the cover and the owner gets to choose the month their dog is featured. The other 11 months will be chosen and assigned to you. Calendars will be sold for $10 each during the month's of November & December @ various locations throughout the Upper Miami Valley including Jack's Aquarium & Pets in Sidney & @ hits1055.com. Periodic updates of the votes and amounts will be posted @ hits1055.com at times to be determined. An email will be sent to all owners @ the email address provided in the entry in advance of the postings. It will be the responsibility of the owners to check their email for all updates.
