The Shelby County Coin Club Monthly Meetings

POWER Event  

POWER, the Shelby County United Way’s women’s initiative group, will be hosting a public event on Wednesday July 30th from 6 – 8 pm at Gieb Pavillion at Tawawa Park in Sidney.  Guest Speaker Margo O’leary from Wilson Memorial Hospital will be speaking about the hospital’s action plans from the community wide needs assessment.  This is a great opportunity to meet current POWER members and learn more about their mission.  More info concerning POWER & this event can be found online at  








SCARF’s Adoption Event  

At Jack’s Pets in Sidney from 9:30 am – 12:30 pm.  Stop by & meet some of the adoptable furry friends from the Shelby County Animal Shelter.  Bring the kids to meet SCARFIE.  Plus you can support SCARF’s mission by making a donation or purchasing a car magnet or can coozie.  More info available online


West Ohio Food Bank Summer Slam Raffle  

Gates open at 11:30 am at West Ohio Food Bank, 1380 East Kibby Street in Lima.  Drawings begins at Noon & run through 6:05 pm.  Tickets are only $50 each and can be purchased online at  Food & refreshments will be available for purchase.  All monies raised will be used for capital needs in excess of $500,000.


St. Mark’s Episcopal Church Rummage Sale
